" A well presented and much improved one double bedroom ground floor flat, with the benefit of replacement double glazed windows, re-fitted kitchen and bathroom and a new lease which expires 2173.

The accommodation comprises of a communal entrance hall with a door to the flat. Once inside there is a useful airing cupboard providing some storage and doors to the bedroom, bathroom and sitting/dining room. The sitting/dining room enjoys views of the communal gardens and has laminate flooring. The heating is provided by a wall mounted electric storage heater in this room.
