" LOCATION This three bedroom, semi-detached house, is set within a highly convenient position, just over half a mile from Horsham's thriving town centre, with a varied selection of independent and national retailers, together with a busy cafe culture and interesting range of restaurants. The property is also located a similar distance from Horsham's busy main line railway station with its direct service to London Victoria in under an hour, and Brighton via Three Bridges. The property offers good access to the countryside at Chesworth Farm, as well as a couple of local shops, and the area's most popular secondary schools, in Forest and Millais. 

PROPERTY The front door opens into a Hall, which has stairs leading to the first floor and a door opening in to the Living Room which has a bay window overlooking the front garden.
