" DIY enthusiasts will be shouting for joy when they hear about this three bedroom end of terrace home. Buyers will see that it needs some updating, but with a shiny new kitchen and bathroom, some redecoration and new carpets the property could be as good as new in no time at all. The marketing price has taken into account the cost of such improvements, so it allows buyers the opportunity to update and personalise the property whilst adding real value to their new home.

What the Owner says:

With a family of four children we really needed as much space as we could get for our money. This property was the biggest we saw in our price range by some way. The bedrooms were very generous with two good size doubles and we managed to get the two boys into the smaller bedroom three.Schools were also very much a concern for us, Holbrook and North Heath Lane primary schools being nearby, and the property also falling into the catchment areas for Forest Boys and Millais Girls secondary schools, meant that the property was ideally situated.
