" Brookmere is an interesting detached residence set in a super village location with excellent accommodation, which is well presented. There are two generous main bedrooms along with a third single bedroom and there is a dining room as well as a large sitting room. There is a smart white bathroom suite, along with a white cloakroom suite and the kitchen/breakfast room is of a decent size and has been improved. The gardens are absolutely delightful, backing on to a lightly wooded area and they are of a good size. One small pet may be considered.
Situation
The property is situated in a delightful village location, on the edge of Rudgwick and near the well know local pub, The Fox. Horsham is within easy striking distance, being just a couple of miles to the east and Billingshurst is situated to the south. Horsham and Billingshurst both have a mainline station to London Victoria and there is an excellent selection of schools in the area. There is a good shopping centre in Horsham and also in Guildford to the west.
