" A well presented and much improved 1046sqft two bedroom semi-detached Victorian house, located in a close to Horsham mainline railway station.

The spacious accommodation comprises a sitting room with stairs to the first floor and access into a dining room with a feature log burner. The kitchen is open plan from the dining room and has built-in gas hob with a separate oven and grill. There is also a built-in dishwasher. The sun room is accessed via double doors from the dining room and enjoys views of the rear garden. There is a useful utility cupboard in the inner lobby that has plumbing for a washing machine. The ground floor bathroom comprises of a re-fitted white suite.

To the first floors are two bedrooms. Bedroom two is situated at the front of the house and has a clever raised area of additional storage. Bedroom one has a spacious en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and separate shower. From the first floor landing there is a staircase leading up to a useful window lit loft room which has a large fold down hatch. Gladstone Road is a fantastic, convenient location, close to Horsham mainline railway station and also Pavilions leisure centre. Horsham Park is close by and is very popular with families and those going to the Pavillions sports centre. There are many primary schools in the area and three main state secondary schools including the Forest School for boys, Millais for the girls and Tanbridge Park is mixed. Horsham's main attractions are within around quarter of a mile of the property, some of those include the cinema/theatre, many bars, restaurants and shops are all available in the centre of Horsham.
