A sizeable one bedroom apartment situated on the top floor of a modern development located approximately 200 yards from Three Bridges Mainline Station. In our opinion the property is in fair condition and comprises: 16'x12'6" lounge, a separate kitchen, double bedroom with fitted wardrobe. The property also benefits from double glazed windows, gas central heating and off road parking. The property also features a 21' exclusive loft storage space with direct access from the walk in storage area. This property would make an ideal first time buy or rental investment. An early viewing comes highly recommended.

Maidenbower is the newest of the neighbourhoods in Crawley and bordered by Pound Hill to the north and Furnace Green to the west. The original 16th Century Frogshole Farm building, from the Maidenbower Farm that gave the area its name, remains as the public house for the neighbourhood. There is a secondary school, The Oriel High, a large junior school and two infant schools.
