If a large garden, double garage, parking and storage are on your wish list then you must come to view this home. Maintenance has been kept up with including the recent repainting of the outside of the house. The house is pretty and welcoming from the outside. Everyone in the road has their own parking so the road remains uncluttered and clear of cars.There are many gem's within this property to consider, the corner plot giving sunlight in the garden all day, the garden also plays host to a number of outbuildings, including garden sheds, a greenhouse and a home office. The improvements from the original design run throughout the house. The conservatory has been recently refurbished and has been finished to a high standard, fully insulated and heated providing an extra room all year round.The plot wraps around the house and there is a double garage and heaps of parking. This home has been in our family since new, and we have made many improvements since then. The most important to us was the home office. If you work from home or simply like the idea of an escape zone out in the garden then you will love this room, its all wired up and ready for someone to start working from almost instantly.
We removed the wall between bedroom 3 and the master bedroom as we loved the idea of having a fantastic dressing area to the master bedroom. With selling in mind we left the door to the third bedroom in place, giving new buyers the easy option to keep it as a dressing room or turn back into a third bedroom.
