" This is the first time this house has ever come to the market!! It has been a much loved family home for all of those many years. It's clear to see why the owners have lived in this home for so long, the garden takes your breath away, and such rarity to get a plot of this size in such a central location. The garden offers total seclusion and is large enough to warrant a large extension to the current home. You only have to drive up Blackstone Hill to see the variety of extension work other properties have had. Subject to the relevant planning permission there are so many options with this property. There is plenty of parking to the front of the house and the property inside is currently neat, tidy and very welcoming.The location of this home is key, almost centrally between Reigate and Redhill, you can enjoy the benefits of both towns. Redhill mainline train station has direct trains to London and makes this area very popular with commuters. Reigate offers many bars and restaurants. As you can see from the distances on this brochure, you are very close to many of the areas finest schools. Schooling in the Reigate and Redhill area is second to none, and tends to be one of the reasons for many family moves in the area.

I can honestly say this has been a lovely home to live in, without doubt the thing I will miss the most about this home is the garden. Opening my curtains every morning to not only the views of my garden, but the far reaching view we have over the surrounding area. Regularly there is wildlife in the garden, the garden itself is bigger than you initially think, there is a 'secret garden' and hidden wooded area including a garden pond teaming with nature. Of an evening it's so lovely to wander down to the pond, it's just so peaceful.
