" This family orientated semi-detached house with two allocated parking spaces on the driveway is a hidden gem waiting for the next owners to make it their own.

As you approach the covered porch and open the door it leads into a hallway. Straight ahead is the office room which is a good size, yet could work as a playroom or what ever suits your needs. There is a handy w/c and separate cloakroom under the stairs to hide away your coats and shoes.

The open lounge holds many character features including an eye catching fireplace with exposed brick and beams in the ceilings giving it a very rustic and countrified feeling. The extended 'L' shaped kitchen/diner has plenty of space for a dining table, fitted appliances an archway that the current owners use as a larder. There is also a separate utility room.

There are doors leading from the kitchen/dining area out to the secluded garden, which has decking, ideal for Al fresco dining and stairs leading down to a lawn where the children can play.

Upstairs there are four good-sized bedrooms and a modern family bathroom with a free standing shower as well as a bath tub.. The master bedroom has its very own en-suite and built in wardrobes, however the best feature of all in this room are the fantastic views over Nutfield Priory Lake.

Situated in the beautiful and scenic village of South Nutfield, this property is only a short walk away from Nutfield Church Primary school, the local shop and Nutfield train station. Not to mention only a short drive to the Priory shop which sell fresh produce daily and has a delightful cafe to enjoy a spot of lunch in after browsing through the nursery. Redhill train station is a few minutes drive away and has direct links in and out of London, Gatwick and Brighton.

Redhill town centre has many shops to keep you occupied, as well as Reigate, or you could nip to Godstone and Oxted to stroll through the pretty streets and admire the antique shops and small boutique

'The country air!! The location here is second to none with wonderful views, feeling like you are looking on to a golf fairway. This lovely quiet village has an excellent community and a cute village primary school nearby. I would highly recommend Nutfield Priory Hotel and Spa to spend some well earned R&R time in the glamorous spa which is only a short drive up the road. ' 'When we first viewed this house, we immediately fell in love with the garden and the views and the very peaceful location. Nutfield Village has been a family friendly community to live in with schools, local shops and the park for the children to play in.'
