" Elevated above everyone else, this is one of the highest houses in Redhill and therefore delivers one of the most beautiful panoramic views there is of Surrey countryside!!!
Situated in a private cul-de-sac you can observe that this is a quiet and peaceful location, where you will feel safe knowing that your children can play outside.
When the current owners bought this house they knew that this was the right one for them from the moment that they parked outside the front.
From the minute you enter through the front door you get the feeling of light and space. Not only can you relax in the living room featuring lovely bay window but there is also a family room overlooking the rear garden, ideal to be used as a play room for children or your home office/study.
The real ‘wow’ factor you’ll get, as soon as you walk through to the extended kitchen/diner. The fitted granite work tops and 'cherry' wood units illustrate what a great room this is. It has been used for many a family meal, and at Christmas with up to 20 people sitting down for turkey dinner!
Outside the rear garden has been carefully landscaped. You have a great patio area to start with, then beyond the lawn there is a large party area with a thatched pergola and barbecue area, which overlooks the rolling green fields. The off street parking space to the front will give you peace of mind that there is ample parking for your friends and family when they visit.

What the Owner says:

Three years ago, as soon as we pulled up outside, we knew we would love this home. We moved here because we wanted to live in a beautiful quiet road backing onto the woodland. We found it here with the brilliant addition of the most amazing views.
The age and style of the house and the location was perfect. When we went in, we were so pleased to find that all the major refurbishment work had been done and that we could move straight in. The size and layout of the rooms were perfect for our family set up, giving us each the private space we needed, along with the family space when we all wanted to come together. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, without being intrusive.
