" If you get the train everyday to and from work, the last thing you want is a long walk to the station or the hassle of finding a parking spot before having to run for the train! That's why we think if your a commuter, this converted Edwardian apartment will be the one for you!

This period building is full of character and the apartment itself has lots of potential to spruce it up and make it your new home or even a buy-to-let property!

Even though this home is easily ready to move in to, it could do with some tender loving care and a few modernised features to give it that 'wow' factor. It's spacious enough to relax in and entertain friends and family and with it's separate kitchen you can keep your dirty dishes hidden away until you feel like tidying up.

The communal garden will be yours to enjoy in the summer months with neighbours and parking down this road is no problem as there is allocated parking here!

The location couldn't be better as Redhill train station is literally a 3 minute walk and Redhill town centre. So shopping is easy if you don't want to go far! However if you do venture out and about why not take a drive to Reigate and enjoy a walk around the Priory lake and grab a hot drink in one of Reigate's many coffee shops. Or if your more of a social butterfly spread your wings and head out into the lively nightlife Redhill and Reigate have to offer.

Cure that Sunday hangover by taking a 2 second walk to the Home Cottage Pub at the end of the road and enjoy a fine cuisine to fill your tum's ready for a relaxing evening.

This is an absolute gem of an apartment as it is in the centre of Redhill, yet down a quiet street so you can enjoy peaceful living. The cherry on the cake here for me has to be the fact that at the end of the road is without a doubt, Redhill's best pub! The food is delicious and the service is fantastic, it's ideal for a Sunday roast dinner or even a weekend drink after work. I didn't know this area even existed behind the station but I was pleasantly surprised it was here and it has been a great buy to let investment for my tenants as they use the station for work in the week.

It is a nice apartment to either live in or let out and a great town to be in with plenty of shops, restaurants, night life and transportation. "
