What the Owner says:

We bought the house seven years ago attracted by the room sizes, particularly of the bedrooms, and also the potential the house has. We liked the fact that there is a private outlook, thanks to the fact that it backs onto the local primary school’s playing field. The location is excellent for getting to both London and Gatwick with ease and has great transport links. You’re also very close to lovely countryside with both the North Downs and the Surrey Hills on the doorstep. Since living here we have appreciated our accessibility to good local services and the relative closeness of both Redhill and Reigate.
