" Coming home after a hard day’s work can be like a chore for most people, not here it isn’t!
No more DIY jobs to do around the house at the weekends or dreaming about an overpriced extension to accommodate your family.
Instead relax and take a stroll around some of Surrey’s most beautiful countryside, with a lagoon across the road that wouldn’t look out of place on a postcard, invite your friends and family over and cook up a feast in this luxury kitchen.
Don’t worry if you run out of anything, the little Tesco Express onsite is ideal for those forgotten essentials.
With large doors in the lounge out to the garden, throw them open in the warmer months and feel the breeze flow through the house. Great for watching the children play whilst you put your feet up on the sofa with a cuppa and a good book. If you prefer to work from home there’s plenty of space here, set out over three floors you could use the smaller bedroom as a study, or why not do what the current owners do? The whole top floor is great as a studio! Because your guest room with an en-suite can easily be your master bedroom in between your children’s rooms.Did you know that the train station is not as far as you think? With two to choose from, getting to London for commuters is easier than you think, but if it’s the M25 you need, then you’re minutes away by car enabling you to access areas all over the country.

What the Owner says:

Living in Water Colour has given us the best of both worlds. Fast transport links into the City, but at the same time a countryside life style. Living alongside a nature reserve and near Mercers Lake has been a wonderful experience for us as a young family. We will miss our evening walks along the Surrey Cycle paths, and our visits to the cosy Inn-on-the-Pond.
