" If you haven’t ventured down to Water Colour yet, it’s about time you did. With stunning lakes and rolling hills for miles around, it is hard to believe that you’re half an hour by train from London and could be on the M25/M23 in minutes. So if the idea of a country retreat tickles your fancy, yet you are reluctant to give up the convenience of the City, then Water Colour is the answer. In addition to the variety of luxury properties, a Tesco supermarket, medical care facility, pharmacy and veterinary centre all make the community complete. This, along with the lagoon, town square and many open spaces mean all the facilities you could need are on hand. The apartment, built by award winning Linden homes only a few years ago, is in such pristine condition you could think it’s brand new. Neutrally decorated, with fresh cream walls and high specification thick pile carpets, moving-in day will be a breeze. One of the huge benefits of the property is the large private balcony accessed via glass doors from the lounge, a great space for ‘al-fresco’ dining and entertaining guests. The kitchen has glossy white units and is neatly fitted with all the appliances you need, so if this is your first purchase no need to panic about finding the money for white goods!

What the Owner says:

I was living in a rented flat in a nice area of Redhill and decided to buy to get on the property ladder. It was hard at first finding somewhere as I’d lived in such a spoilt location. Water Colour was perfect. I knew the development was set up like a little community with Tesco going in, a doctors, pharmacy and vets. I use the train station regularly which is close by and wanted to find a flat big enough to entertain and have guests stay… the size is great! I’m now moving in with my partner and will be sad to leave, I hope you enjoy it like I do.
