Cambridge Cottages are attractive Victorian semi detached houses just a mile to the north of the bustling and much improving commuter town of Redhill. This particular house is the left hand side of the pair and benefits from an entrance hall, a lounge with a cast iron fireplace and a bay window, a separate dining room which again has a fireplace and an under stairs storage area. The kitchen is dual aspect and overlooks the large rear garden and there is also a lean to structure off the kitchen which leads to the garden.

On the first floor you have a split level landing, a large family bathroom and two double bedrooms. In addition, subject to planning, there would be potential to convert the loft space.

Out the front is a shingle driveway providing off road parking for two cars and to the side is an access way that leads to the rear. The back garden extends to around 100ft and offers a mixture of lawn and patio areas with trees, mature boundaries and backs onto playing fields. There is also a large metal garden shed.

Nearby you have a well stocked local shop as well as a choice of highly regarded schools. Redhill town centre itself is only a mile to the south and enjoys a wide range of shopping facilities, in addition to superb train links into London.

DIRECTIONS - From Redhill head north on the A23 for a mile and turn left into Monson Road, the house can be found on the left opposite Lyndale Road.
