" Full of sunshine and with a big south west facing garden, this red brick house balances social space with quiet privacy and has off street parking. In an area well served for schools, green spaces and shops and within minutes from central Redhill, this larger than usual home will appeal to all families.

Approached through a gated front garden, the front door opens into an inviting hallway with laminated wood flooring and a staircase.

Sunshine streams through the large lounge straight ahead which has doors leading out to the rear garden. Light and airy in the summer and with views through to the garden, in winter this space transforms into a welcoming haven where the designer paper will glow in the flames of the feature fireplace and the shelves will hold plenty of books to curl up with.

Around the corner, into the dining end, there is enough space for a good-sized dining table for the whole family to sit around, giving a degree of privacy so the family isn t on top of each other all the time.

The brick built shed is fantastic for outdoor equipment and storage, with a w/c attached to the side and is accessible through the fabulous, sunny garden or kitchen with side access for muddy paws and bikes.

Returning to the house, the bright and cheerful kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and family friendly wood working surfaces. There is also a breakfast bench to sit up on and enjoy a coffee in the morning s or for the children to sit and have breakfast before school.

On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, each one just as spacious as the other. The tranquil master bedroom looks over the garden with fitted wardrobes over the bed. The family bathroom is a white three-piece suite.

There is a driveway to the front of the house and easy walking distance to Redhill train station of you commute daily.

'This is certainly an area full of families and couples who have been in their houses for many, many years! Moving to a house with a garden like this is any child?s dream and being able to watch your children play through the window whilst washing the dishes on a summers evening is a comforting feeling for any parent. Its spacious rooms and location make this an ideal family home' 'We think our house is a perfect home for families. It has been a very tough decision to decide to sell our home as we have so many happy memories from living here, especially when our daughters were growing up. We particularly love the spacious back garden and the outlook from the kitchen window which looks onto a lovely green. There is a children's play area on the green. Our home is very central, it is only an 8-10-minute walk into Redhilll town centre and to the train & bus stations. With the addition of a local bus route with the bus stop just up from our house. A great selection of schools both primary and secondary in the immediate area which include St.Bedes and The Royal Alexandra and Albert school.'
