" ACCOMMODATION Carlton Road is a popular residential road on the borders of Redhill and Reigate and ideally placed for the nearby St Bede‘s school. Set back from road with off street parking for several cars on the drive and a good size front garden the property is semi detached with a single garage to the side of the house. Internally there is a good size lounge diner that leads through to a conservatory at the rear of the house. The kitchen features views out onto the garden as well as access outside via a lean to utility area to the side of the house. Upstairs provides three bedrooms and a bathroom. The rear garden is a large south facing space with
a generous lawn and several fruit trees with a border of established trees at the bottom of the garden. The property does require modernisation but also offers scope for extension subject to the necessary planning consents.  

Within convenient walking distance to Redhill town centre offering a variety of shops including the new Sainsbury‘s superstore, the Belfry shopping centre, cinema and library. Reigate is also close by and provides a comprehensive range of local shops and boutiques including Jo Malone, Space NK and M&S Simply Food. There are also a good number of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops including The Chapel, Urban Kitchen, Costa & Starbucks.
