" Refurbished and extended 1920's cottage, located on a highly regarded road close to open countryside and the excellent range of shops and amenities in Sonning Common village. The beautifully presented accommodation retains many original features including internal pine doors, picture rails and fireplaces and includes 2 good sized reception rooms, a cottage style kitchen, master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, 2 further bedrooms and a recently fitted stylish bathroom. LOCAL INFORMATION
The area of Rotherfield Peppard comprises, Peppard Common, Peppard Top Common and Kingwood Common, and is located within South Oxfordshire close to the Oxfordshire/Berkshire border. There is schooling for playgroup and a primary school and other facilities including village store, a church, village hall and cricket ground and football pitch. The area also boasts a variety of woodland walks, bridle paths, and a large amount of common land. There are numerous country pubs within a few miles walk or drive. There is good access to the nearby towns of Reading and Henley on Thames, and motorway networks M4 and M40.
