" Situated in a quiet and tucked away position, this four bedroom house has been extended to the rear and sits on a corner plot with lovely rural views over estate land that it backs onto and with gated access to this open countryside and woodland walks. The property benefits from double glazed windows throughout, oil fired central heating, ample parking and a detached double garage.
Accommodation
Approached through the front door positioned to the side of the house, the entrance hall has a staircase to the first floor, study, living room with a log burning stove and large timber mantel above, large family kitchen with a rear lobby on one side and a utility/cloakroom to the other. To the first floor is a light landing with a window to rear and access to the loft space. The master bedroom has lovely views to the rear, ample wardrobe space and an en suite shower room. There are three further bedrooms and a modern fitted bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Planning Permission

Directions
From the centre of Henley on Thames proceed along Bell Street and leave Henley on the Fairmile towards Nettlebed (A4130). Proceed up the dual carriageway, through the woodland and on reaching the roundabout take the second exit. Pass the village green on the right hand side and take the second turning right into Watlington Street (B481). Continue around the left bend and take the third turning on the left into Priest Close, first right turn up the drive and the property will be found in the top left corner.
