The village benefits from good access to M4, M40 and little over 5 miles to Henley and under 10 miles to Reading mainline station. There is a single garage, parking for several cars and enough garden to extend the house STPP. EPC rating F
LOCAL INFORMATION
The village of Nettlebed is a historic village situated in the Chiltern Hills approximately 5 miles north west of Henley-on-Thames. The village has a thriving community with a good range of facilities including a modern doctors surgery, modern primary school, village shop with Post Office and a neighbouring coffee shop, local pub and church.
ACCOMMODATION
This two bedroom property sits in a generous plot, with potential to extend subject to planning. There is scope to update without throughout.
