" A four bedroom, DETACHED FAMILY HOME with FAR REACHING VIEWS across Henley and the countryside beyond. The property is well presented throughout and there are large, double glazed windows in every room which make the most of the views whilst allowing plenty of natural light into the house. The property is situated within walking distance of three infant / primary schools, Gillotts secondary school and recreational fields, Henley College, the town centre and railway station. The accommodation is spread over three floors, with a DOUBLE GARAGE on the ground floor. Outside there is off road PARKING and there is a very pleasant, private, south east facing GARDEN at the rear.

Accommodation
The front door opens into the entrance hall with an internal door into the double garage. Stairs lead up to first floor with a shower room to one side and door into the 17ft living room. The living room centres around the gas coal effect fire and enjoys fantastic views through three windows. From the living room there is access to a separate dining room with two full length windows and a glazed door out to the garden. Continue straight on with the Town Hall on your right hand side and proceed up Gravel Hill turning left into Paradise Road which becomes Deanfield Avenue. Take the second turning right into Deanfield Road and continue to the end. At the roundabout turn left and take the second turning into Haywards Close.
