" Situated in a popular and quiet residential road and with a west facing garden, a three bedroom semi detached house with a garage, driveway and enourmous scope to extend (subject to usual planning permission). The property has a two storey layout and benefits from gas fired central heating to radiators and double glazing.
Accommodation
The property is approached via an open porch into an entrance hall with staircase and an understairs cupboard, living room with fireplace and an open arch leading into a dining room, which in turn connects to the kitchen and has doors opening to the garden. Off the kitchen is a rear lobby with an integral door to the attached single garage and access to the garden. To the first floor is a light landing, three bedrooms, a family bathroom and separate WC.
Outside
The house is set back from the road with a small lawn front garden, driveway to one side and path to the front door. To the rear of the house is a small patio terrace and a two tiered lawn garden with a timber framed shed at the bottom end.
