" This family home, dating from the 1930's, is located on one of Henley's sought after roads. The property offers scope for alteration and somewhat unusually has a delightful garden that wraps around the property and is easily accessed from various points of the house. Enter via the front door and there is an entrance hall with stairs directly ahead leading to the bedrooms and the sitting room and dining room lie either side. The sitting room features a fireplace and a window with a delightful outlook on to the garden. However, the best vantage point is from the conservatory which is located directly off the sitting room and provides a panoramic view and direct access to the garden. The dining room connects directly to the kitchen/breakfast room which is very much the heart of this house. There are built-in counter units along the garden side wall of the kitchen and there is enough room for a family dining area. Off the kitchen is a cloakroom and utility area with water softner and a rear door leading out to the back garden.
There are three bedrooms, including the master which has a dressing room off and an en suite shower room. There is a separate family bathroom serving the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms offer built-in storage cupboards.

Situation
Situated in the heart of one Henley's most sought after quieter residential areas. The town has excellent facilities including a Waitrose, individual caf?s, three screen cinema, theatre, restaurants and shops and is home to the world famous Henley Royal Regatta. The Station provides a link to the main line at Reading and Twyford with London, Paddington (from 28 minutes). From 2019, Crossrail will allow direct access to the City, Canary Wharf, the West End and Heathrow Airport. Connection to the M4 (J8/9) via the A404M is approximately 7 miles distant with Heathrow (approx. 22 miles). The property is also close to Trinity School and Gillotts Senior School. In addition, there is a wide choice of private schools including the Oratory, Shiplake College, Queen Anne's, Rupert House & St Mary's. It is within walking distance of Trinity School, Gillotts School and Henley College.
