" This five/six bedroom detached residence was constructed in 2007 by Bovis Homes and is situated in a popular development within the village of Spencers Wood. The house is situated at the end of a no through road and benefits from views over fields to the side.

Spencers Wood is situated to the south of Reading and offers excellent vehicular access to both M4 J11 & A33 to Basingstoke. Reading Town with its award winning shopping centre and riverside restaurants is just a few miles away. There is also a range of local amenities within walking distance. Approximately 30 minutes to LHR & 60 minutes to LGW.
