" A well presented and recently updated three bedroom semi detached house. Set in an established part of the Lower Earley development not far from local shops. Three bedrooms, refitted bathroom, living room, refitted kitchen/dining room, UPVC double glazed windows, gas radiator central heating, garage, driveway parking, gardens.

Description/Location: A two storey semi detached house constructed by J A Pye in the mid 1980's and improved more recently by the current owners.

The property is not far from Maiden Lane shopping centre and there are more extensive facilities available at the Asda and Marks & Spencer complexes. Bus services in the area provide access to Reading town centre where there is a wide range of leisure and retail facilities and also a mainline railway station with fast services to Paddington and also services to Waterloo which run through Earley railway station. The M4 motorway can be joined either at Junciton 11, where there is also the A33 south towards Basingstoke, or at Junction 10 where London then lies about 40 miles away and Heathrow Airport about 28 miles away.
