This spacious, 1930s four bedroom, three reception room detached house is located to the south of Wokingham close to Viking and Leslie Sears fields. Accommodation comprises a kitchen dining room, living room and large office/games room with plenty of scope for multiple usage, three bathrooms and a rear garden with mature shrubs and trees.

Currently to the rear of the property, land is under development for two sympathetically designed detached houses as an extension to Tanners Row; plans are available to view.

Situation
At just a mile from the town centre this 1930 house is within easy access of station and amenities. The new Evendons Primary School is a five minute walk and bus links to Holt and Forest schools are accessible from the end of the road. Evendons lane is situated off Finchampstead Road leaving Wokingham town centre. It is also accessed via Blagrove Lane and Edneys Hill. This is a sought after 30mph road with a mix of detached and semi-detached houses and bungalows, dating from Victorian to present day. It benefits from a local convenience store/newsagent. Access to Viking Field is via Tanners Row, off Evendons Lane.
