" This three bedroom link-detached property is tucked away at the end of a small cul-de-sac in Hook, Hampshire.

The property was extended over two floors several years providing extremely spacious and versatile living space. On entering the house there is a bright and airy hallway with stairs to the first floor.

A particular feature of the house is the open plan styling. The living room is a really good size with glazed double doors leading into further living space - these doors could be closed to provide a separate sitting room if needed. A further family/dining/living room spans almost the entire width of the property - this area also opens into the kitchen making the entire area an appealing sociable living space. There are two sets of double doors leading out to the garden - great on those warm, sunny days! The kitchen has plenty of storage and a range of appliances including fan oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a separate utility room with further storage washing machine and tumble dryer, plus doors to the rear garden and the garage.

Also off the hallway is a WC.
