" A detached house, located at the end of a cul-de-sac, around 0.7 miles of the village centre, sold with no onward chain.

This detached house will require improvement to things like the kitchen and bathrooms, some may also wish to install UPVC double glazed windows. However, we feel this house and its location will prove popular with buyers and we recommend you contact us quickly to avoid being disappointed. The ground floor accommodation comprises entrance hall, cloakroom, kitchen/breakfast room, living room and conservatory. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a shower room. Externally there is an attached garage, driveway and garden at the front. The rear garden is enclosed on all sides and has a gate for side access. Hook is situated in Hart District, in north east Hampshire about six miles from Basingstoke.
