A beautifully presented one bedroom apartment home in the popular village of Hook with fantastic connections to transport links and local shops. Having been built in 2018 the property offers a modern and open planned layout as well as modern fittings. The property is offered to the market with no onward chain.

The apartment has a central hallway upon entering which provides access to all rooms. The kitchen and living room can be found to the left-hand side. Immediately within the room is the kitchen area that has space for a seating area. The kitchen has built in appliances including fridgefreezer, slimline dishwasher and washing machine. There are also subway tiles as splash backs on the cooker and sink. The room then leads to the seating area which has space for a sofa and TV unit. There is a large window allowing light to flood through and also a cupboard providing additional storage space.

The double bedroom has space for free standing wardrobes, chest of draws and bedside tables. The modern bathroom has feature textured tiles to provide a luxury feel. The bath has a shower above, while the sink has a vanity unit below.
