" Dogmersfield is a pretty village located between Hartley Wintney and Hook in Hampshire. The property has a versatile layout offering a mix of accommodation options. There are a number of reception rooms on the ground floor and two staircases leading to the first floor rooms. The sitting room has an imposing open fireplace for those winter log fires, and French doors opening onto the terrace, for the warmer summer days. Other rooms on the ground floor would make suitable living or bedroom accommodation depending on lifestyle.

There is a large kitchen which opens out into a lovely conservatory, again with French doors leading out onto the sun terrace and garden beyond. The ground floor marble bathroom is quite stunning, and fitting for a property of a bygone day.

The main staircase leads up to a pretty bedroom suite with gallaried area and extensive fitted wardrobes and drawers incorporating a window seat looking out to the garden. An ensuite bathroom is tucked away, with bath, power shower, WC and handbasin. There is another bedroom on this floor.

At the other end of the house is another suite, which could be used as a ground floor bedroom with staircase up to a dressing room.

The delightful garden at the rear of the property is a real feature, particularly being south facing with views to the open farmland beyond. From the front of the property a gate leads into a driveway area with parking for 2/3 cars.

This is a very unusual character property with an interesting history and once part of the country estate now owned by the luxury Four Seasons Hotel group. There is an excellent village pub, The Queens Head, within an easy walk. With excellent access to the M3 and within close proximaty to Fleet mainline station, the property would suit those needing to commute, but wishing to live in a rural location.
