A beautifully presented three bedroom detached bungalow located in the peaceful hamlet of Hazeley Heath located just 2 miles from Hartley Wintney High Street. The property has recently been redecorated throughout, has a gated driveway and double garage.

Upon entering the property you are welcome by a central hallway with the living accommodation to one side and bedrooms separately to the other. The double aspect living room has wooden flooring and a log burning stove. From the kitchen the room opens into the dining room which also has wooden flooring throughout. The nearby village of Hartley Wintney has many historic features most notably the cricket club which was formed in 1770 and St Mary’s Church built around 1254. There are many commons, woods, duck pond and a golf course. The high street contains a variety of shops, family run butcher, florist, hairdressers, boutiques, Post Office, Tesco Express, pharmacy, public houses and a mixture of restaurants. Local to Hartley Wintney you will find two supermarkets in Fleet, one in hook and a further three in Camberley just along the A30 with both the Meadows Shopping Centre and Watchmoor Park.

The Shoulder of Mutton pub has recently had an offer accepted for restoration to open as a pub, believed to be anticipated for 2022.
