" An individual and surprisingly spacious detached single storey property in a pleasant semi rural location facing open fields about 2 1/2 miles south of Basingstoke's Town Centre (under 10 minutes drive). The accommodation comprises of four double bedrooms (master bedroom with adjoining shower room), a lounge with fireplace, separate dining room, sitting room and kitchen/breakfast room whilst outside there are pleasant gardens to the front and rear and potential garage space (subject to planning). The property dates from around the 1920s but has been the subject of considerable extension since; now providing extensive and adaptable family accommodation in this pleasant location about three quarters of a mile outside the pretty village of Cliddesden which lies to the south of Basingstoke. The property is set amongst other varying types and styles of homes. Cliddesden is a typical Hampshire village with duck pond, public house and (well regarded) school. Basingstoke can be easily reached where there are extensive shopping and recreational facilities together with mainline station to London and M3 motorway access.
