  • Mobile Phone number for all perspective tenant(s)

  • Applicants full name(s) for all perspective tenant(s)

  • Copy of Applicant(s) Driving Licence or Passport or another form of official photo ID, a jpeg photo from your mobile of the ID part will be fine .

  • Copy of utility bill showing applicant(s) current address, or if you cannot find any bills an official proof of residence is ok something like a council tax bill will be fine.

  • Payment for the per applicant credit check(s)

Before you pay us for the Stage 1 credit check(s) a reminder this Land Lord  will not accept any form of payments directly from the UK government .

STAGE 2. (Administration) NON REFUNDABLE 

If you pass your credit check we will be asking you for the following fees:

Please note STAGE 3 and STAGE 4 are paid in advance. In this case (P23) this will be the amount of £2362.50

Important : Please note we also require a copy of the Standing Order you have set up with us for your regular monthly payment (£945.00) this can be a scan of a printed confirmation from your bank or screen grab of the transaction you have set up from PC.   This is a strict requirement and non-negotiable.

RENTAL INCREASES

Your rent will be increase by inflation 2% whatever is greater each year calculated from the start of the tenancy.

You will be liable for a new lease fee of £50.00 + VAT if you choose to remain in the property at the end of the lease period. The lease period is one year.
