" Lychpit continues to be a popular place to be and this large three bedroom detached house will be ideal for the growing family. All the bedrooms are roomy and there is also an en-suite. Add in the south-facing garden and this home has plenty to offer!

There is a wide range of amenities within walking distance and, being on the eastern edge of town, Old Basing village is also close at hand. Basingstoke town centre has the renowned 'Festival Place' shopping centre and there are excellent mainline rail services from Basingstoke into London Waterloo (approximately 45 minutes journey time).

The entrance hall sets the tone for this house, as it is large and welcoming. A door off to the right leads into the comfortable living room, which has a fireplace built with 'Old Stock' bricks. There is open access into the dining room at the rear and this has sliding patio doors out to the garden, drawing in lots of natural light.
