" On the ground floor the entrance hall (with tiled floor extending into the cloakroom, kitchen and utility) provides access to all the main rooms. The twin aspect living room has a bay window and an open fire, with patio doors leading to the rear garden. There are also double doors leading into the dining room, which combined with the French doors into the heated conservatory provide a lovely flow of open plan space, ideal for entertaining.

The conservatory is a decent sized living room in it's own right, being heated and providing a good view of the garden beyond. There is a spacious kitchen with plenty of cupboards and a corner for a breakfast table with a handy utility room adjoining.

A great feature of the ground floor is the rather large study, which would suit home working or would make a generous family or playroom. Completing the ground floor accommodation is the cloakroom, which has been refitted in a contemporary style.

The stairs leading up to the first floor galleried landing have been attractively stripped back and polished to the bare wood.

The real draw of the first floor and perhaps the whole house is the wonderfully spacious main bedroom occupying about a third of the upstairs space. This twin aspect room has large built-in wardrobes and has an attractively fitted en-suite shower room with a white suite complemented by white tiled walls and floor, which is heated.

There are two further bedrooms, one of which also has built-in wardrobes, and a large family bathroom refitted in an attractive style with a deep bath and large wash basin with oversize wall tiling enhancing the minimalist theme.

Externally, this home boasts a very large corner plot measuring 95 x 75 feet at its extremes. It is also relatively private with a deep wooded copse on one side and gives plenty of scope for keen gardeners to develop a gem of a garden.

Parking is good here, with a decent driveway and a double width garage with electric doors and additional eaves storage space.

The location of this home is also good, as Chineham continues to be a popular place to live with numerous local facilities and easy access into Basingstoke and to the M3 and M4 motorways.
