This is an excellent opportunity for someone to make a house your home. It offers an entrance hall that leads to the lounge, a separate dining room and kitchen whilst upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside is a front garden with drive leading to the garage and a long, southerly facing rear garden. There is good scope for extension (subject to relevant permissions) if required. The house has gas fired radiator central heating and requires general updating so is priced accordingly.
This property is for sale by the Modern Method of Auction. Should you view, offer or bid on the property, your information will be shared with the
