" T A Fisher certainly raised the bar when they built these apartments back in 2004, with a top quality design and specification including secure underground parking and a lift to all floors. This top floor apartment has a light and spacious feel with an open plan living and kitchen area and has the added advantage of being chain free - making it an easy move!

It is also very handily placed, with the town centre and train station being around half a mile away and more local shops close by.

There is secure gated underground parking and a lift takes you up to the top floor where there are just two apartments. There is also a large storage cupboard located within the basement parking area.

The open plan nature of the accommodation combined with the light d?cor and sloping ceilings provide a great example of contemporary town living.
