" Tucked away amidst stunning countryside in the much sought after area of Speen, this lovely property is surrounded by the Golf Course and has gardens running down to the River Lambourn. The property has a special arrangement with Donnington Grove Hotel allowing access to the river, fly fishing for its prized wild brown Trout and specimen Grayling.

The conversion was carried out only 3 years ago and features wooden floors and many glass doors framing the views outside. There is also a large Waitrose and the town has its own theatre and cinema, a choice of restaurants and the Kennet and Avon canal runs through the heart of the town.
