" A beautifully finished detached bungalow which has been extensively refurbished sitting in a good sized corner plot with scope for enlargement. Two double bedrooms, family bathroom, kitchen / breakfast room, large sitting room, private garden, off street parking.

THATCHAM Thatcham is a small town to the east of Newbury. It offers a large number of facilities including a Waitrose, doctor's surgery and large number of shops and leisure facilities. Communications are excellent with the A34 & M4 are within easy reach and mainline rail services can be found in Thatcham and Newbury. THE PROPERTY Number 46 has been extensively renovated and decorated including new flooring, kitchen, bathroom, both bedrooms and sitting room. Entering the property you step into the spacious hallway with smart wooden floors, all the rooms of the property lead off from this hallway.
