" Backing onto fields and with views across woodland beyond, an extended three bedroom house with a large garden. Located within walking distance of the mainline train station to London Paddington, local shops and pubs in the popular village of Kintbury. The property would benefit from some general updating allowing the new owners to put their own mark on it. The accommodation consists of porch, entrance hall, kitchen/diner, TV room, living room, utility room, external WC, two double bedrooms, third bedroom and family bathroom. Benefits include large garage, driveway parking, and upvc double glazing.

ACCOMMODATION Ground floor Through porch and then through front door to entrance hall. Doors to the TV room and kitchen/dining room and stairs to first floor. The kitchen/dining room is to the front of the property and is a good size allowing space for a large table and chairs. There is another door through to the TV room with a window to the rear. Off the kitchen/dining room is a sliding door to the sitting room with two windows to the side and southerly facing sliding door to patio.
