It is within walking distance of the village shop and enjoying views over open fields. Comprises of three bedrooms, bathroom and cloakroom, sitting room, open plan kitchen and dining room, large conservatory, adjoining garage, plenty of parking, well kept and private garden. Newbury c. 9 miles

GREAT SHEFFORD The village is of a good size and supports a range of facilities including a village shop and Post Office, public house (The Swan), Parish Church, village garage and the village primary school. A wider range of facilities, such as supermarkets, hotels, restaurants and a main line railway station can all be found in the nearby town of Hungerford, approximately 5 miles to the south.
Great Shefford is also well placed for access to the larger commercial centres of Newbury, Swindon, Reading and Oxford, primarily via the M4 Motorway, (Junction 14 being c.3 miles to the south). Whilst mainline rail services can be accessed from various stations nearby, including Didcot, Newbury and Hungerford (London Paddington c.45 mins, 65 mins and 80 mins respectively). THE PROPERTY The property is entered via a large porch with a cloak room, which leads into the entrance hall from which a useful cupboard and several rooms are located. The family bathroom benefits from having a bath and separate shower cubicle. The sitting room is large and kept well lit thanks to the window looking out to the front. The kitchen has large works surfaces and plenty of storage cupboards along with an electric oven with hob and stainless steel sink. The dining room and kitchen are in an open plan arrangement which makes both rooms feel very spacious.
