HUNGERFORD Hungerford is situated in the beautiful Kennet Valley with the Kennet & Avon Canal running through its centre. The town offers a wide variety of facilities including schools, supermarkets and restaurants. Hungerford benefits from excellent communications with the M4 close by, as well as the A4. Mainline railway facilities can be found a short distance from the property making London just over a house away. THE PROPERTY Number one is large and spacious detached bungalow positioned in an elevated position and within walking distance of the high street. The bungalow sits centrally in a large plot with a lovely mature garden and offers spacious and flexible accommodation with the added benefit of further potential to enlarge with a large loft space (subject to the necessary permissions). OUTSIDE The property is set back from the road with a large frontage and tarmac drive leading to the single garage (which has an up and over door and power and light.)
