" Number 10 Rokeby Close is an attached two bedroom bungalow in a quiet close to the south of Newbury town. A porchway gives access into the hallway off which both double bedrooms are situated, each having a good range of fitted cupboards. The bathroom is situated between the bedrooms. The kitchen is to the left of the hallway, which is fitted with a range of wall and base units, plus a large storage cupboard housing the boiler. A small breakfast bar is ideal for casual kitchen dining for two. The sitting room opens out into the dining room to the rear which has a door out to the patio garden. There is also a detached garage and a loft, excellent for storage.

Situation
The house is conveniently located in Newtown Road, within a convenient distance of both the town centre and the railway station. Local facilities are close by including an excellent retail park and superstore and the property is well placed for both primary and secondary schooling locally. Newbury offers excellent access to the trunk road network with the A34 and the M4 (Junction 13) both within easy reach plus a railway station with regular connections to London Paddington. There is also a local bus service into the centre of town. Newbury itself offers good shopping and recreational facilities whilst the surrounding countryside offers some glorious walks and country pubs, including many along the Kennet and Avon canal which passes through the town.
