" A beautifully presented, spacious and flexible family house with a lovely mature garden in the Falkland and Park House school catchments, positioned in a quiet leafy road. The property has undergone a total program of refurbishment throughout. Four spacious double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, large sitting room with open fire, beautiful private garden. Off street parking & garage. Newbury High Street 2 miles.

WASH COMMON Wash Common is a peaceful edge of town location on the southern edge of Newbury. The market town of Newbury, about a mile to the north of the property, has excellent shopping centers, with a good range of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure facilities including the well known Newbury Racecourse. There is a choice of good local schools in the area as well as a local professional theatre. PROPERTY The property is positioned down a quiet leafy road; with a large front garden giving the property a good degree of privacy. Number 61 is also within walking distance of the Falklands primary and Park House secondary schools and also the shops, pubs and doctors surgery nearby. The property is also ideally situated for easy access to the A34 and M4 motorways.
