" Atkinson Keene have pleasure in offering this three bedroom terraced house situated in a good established residential area. The property benefits from two good size double bedrooms and a large single. There is a lounge with a lovely view into the rear garden and large kitchen with utility room. The generous size garden has been well tended. This property would benefit from a little updating although it has been well maintained throughout and is a good solid house. There are bus routes into Newbury although the property is within walking distance to the Town Centre.

Accommodation You enter the property into the hall which leads into the lounge. This room has a light and airy feel due to the double window overlooking the front garden and sliding double doors looking out into the rear garden. The original tiled fireplace makes for a central focal point of the room. The hall follows round to the large kitchen which has space/plumbing for a washing machine, space for a cooker and recess for a fridge/freezer. An understairs cupboard gives plenty of storage space for the usual household items. A double window with the sink beneath looks out onto the garden. Adjoining the kitchen is a versatile utility room with a door giving side access to the path. The stairs lead to the first floor landing. The master bedroom is located to the front of the property and has a built-in wardrobe which has the potential for conversion to an en-suite. This large room would easily accommodate a double bed, bedroom furniture and still have plenty of floor space available. .
