" A well presented and enlarged semi detached property situated in a quiet close within walking distance of Newbury Town Centre. Three bedrooms, family bathroom, sitting room, large kitchen / breakfast room, private gardens. Garage and off street parking.

LOCATION Newbury offers an enormous number of facilities, such as retail outlets, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, schools and leisure facilities including the renowned racecourse as well as the Kennet and Avon canal. Newbury benefits from excellent communications with the A34 and M4 within easy reach and mainline railway facilities. PROPERTY The property is situated at the end of quiet cul-de-sac and within walking distance of Newbury's amenities. The property has been considerably enlarged and offers well presented and spacious accommodation throughout.
On the ground floor there is a good sized sitting room which leads through to a large kitchen / breakfast room.
