This property has many character features and would make an ideal family home or for the first time buyer and is situated in a popular area close to the town centre.

From the main entrance you enter a vestibule which opens in to a hallway which has staircase to the first floor, to the right you enter the good size lounge which has large bay window and feature fireplace, open access leads in to the dining room. from the dining room you enter the kitchen which has been fully fitted with a range of modern white wall and base units and has integrated appliances and worktops,  there is external access to the courtyard garden.  The large family bathroom is accessed from the kitchen and has white suite and tiling and separate wc.

To the first floor there are three bedrooms,two of which are doubles. The master bedroom is exceptionally large.

The front of the property the garden has been block paved allowed for off street parking and to the rear the garden has been paved.
