HouseSimple is pleased to present this property in Ainsdale,Southport. This house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to a primary school. It has a bus stop at the end of the road for routes to Southport & Liverpool. It is within walking distance to Ainsdale village where there are plenty of specialist shops, a supermarket, pubs and take aways. The railway station is a link to other parts of Southport but also links you to Liverpool, Formby, Ormskirk, Manchester and beyond. There is a health & welfare center just off the main road but there are doctors surgeries in Ainsdale village, along with two pharmacies.

The entrance to this property has a storm porch that is fully double glazed and a security locking system within the doors. The hallway is bright with doors leading to the lounge and kitchen, the stairs to the right have a stair lift fitted, but it is easily removeable with no damage to the wall, as it is fitted to the stairs, should you wish to buy the property, without the lift. The window on the landing is large and floods the area with light.

This house comprises of three bedrooms, two doubles and a single. The bedroom to the rear has a built in wardrobe with mirrored doors. The bathroom is bright and airey with dual aspect windows, it has a walk in shower that is designed for people with disabilities, but, it is just as usable for able bodied people. The gardens front and rear are tidy with well established shrubery. It has a carport to the side of the property and a driveway to the front for off road parking. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac with pleasant, long standing residents. All in all this is a pleasant house, freshly decorated in nuetral tones thoughout.
