Situation
The property is located in a fine cul de sac position in the village of Denvilles, which is between Emsworth and Havant. Nearby Havant has excellent day to day shopping facilities and a main line railway station, with services to London Waterloo. Emsworth is nearby and also has a railway station, with a range of shops, restaurants and Public Houses. Emsworth is renowned for its quay side and harbour being located at the top of Chichester Harbour and as such has beautiful coastal walks. By road there are links to Chichester, Portsmouth and Petersfield via the A27, M27 and A3.

From our office continue north out of Emsworth under the railway bridge along the Horndean Road. Continue along this road for some time and take the next turning left into Southleigh Road. Take the third turning right into Nutwick Road, then left in to the continuation of the road and again left into the cul de sac. The property will be found on the left hand side.
