61 Oaklands Road is located in a highly desirable area of Havant being within short walking distance ot the towns amenities. It was constructed circa 1969 of a neo georgian style and offers double glazed UPVC windows and doors.

Location
Oaklands Road is a small estate that is in a particularly well considered area of Havant. As part of the borough of Havant the town center is easily accessed on foot with the Havant Art Centre, Havant Museum and Hayling Island Billy Trail being just three recreational facilities that are immediately to hand.
Havant Town centre has a rich history with transport links and modern day Havant is no different.
